James H. Stull
Funeral services for James H. Stull, 77, Raritan, were held Wednesday, Jan. 29, at 10 a.m. at the Raritan Baptist Church with the Rev. Ralph Deming officiating. Interment was in Raritan Cemetery, where military rites were accorded by the Stronghurst American Legion Post.
Mr. Stull died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2003, at 10:03 a.m. at Community Medical Center, Monmouth. Corman Memorial Home, Roseville, was in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Raritan Baptist Church.
A son of John and Pearl (Spencer) Stull, he was born Feb. 26, 1925, in Hurland, Mo. He married Martha Wallace Dec. 18, 1947, in Macon, Mo. who survives.
He also leaves: two sons, Steve (Joan) Stull, and Ted (Paula) Stull, both of Raritan; one daughter, Marcia (Joe) Worley, Lomax; a brother, Alfred Stull, Hurland; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A daughter and two brothers preceded him in death.
Mr. Stull was a Navy veteran of World War II, serving in the European Theater and was a member of the Stronghurst American Legion Post. He farmed in Henderson County and worked at Case until he retired.
