Shirley M. Wisslead, 68, Macomb, died at

12:15 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008, at Heartland Health Care Center, Macomb.

She was born April 15, 1940, in Colchester, the daughter of Edgar and Ruby (Martin) Sullivan.

She is survived by her mother of Plymouth; three sons, Gary Burton, Macomb, Rick Burton, Good Hope, and Steve Burton, Fandon; one daughter, Marla (Tony) Miller, Littleton; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; six brothers, Lyman Waddell Jr., Fallbrook, Calif., Bob Sullivan, Walnut Grove, Stan Sullivan, Marina, Calif., Harry Waddell, Fallbrook, Calif., Pat Waddell, Plymouth, and Mike Waddell, Plymouth; four sisters, Jane Axtell, Macomb, Marlene Moore, Yates City, Colleen Henderson, Springfield, and Kay Doggett, Loveland, Colo.

She was preceded in death by her father, stepfather, Lyman Waddell, and two brothers, Gary Waddell and Larry Waddell.

She was employed at Yetter Manufacturing, Colchester, and Butternut Bakery, Macomb.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008, at Jones Mortuary, Colchester.

Burial was in Blackburn Cemetery.
