Olivia Grace Chatterton


Olivia Grace Chatterton, 2, died Saturday, May 23, 2009, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.


She was born Aug. 27, 2006, in Macomb to Zac and Julie (Trent) Chatterton. They survive.

She is also survived by one brother, Jackson; one sister, Brooklyn; grandparents, Tom and Connie Trent, Dunlap and Rod and Suzanne Chatterton, Avon; great-grandmothers Joan Pardieck, Dunlap and Betty Doran, Hickory Hills; many aunts, uncles and cousins and her PICU family at OSF St. Francis Hospital, Peoria.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Macomb and was baptized in Christ Oct. 8, 2006.

She had many accomplishments in her all too short life. She was featured on the cover of the Macomb IParent magazine, the cover girl on the 2009 Children's Hospital of Illinois calendar and is a 2009 Children's Hospital of Illinois Miracle Kid.

She also touched and inspired the lives of thousands of people.

A special thank you goes to the Children's Hospital of Illinois at OSF St. Francis in Peoria for loving Olivia.

A visitation for Olivia will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 28, 2009, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Macomb with Pastor Michael Burdick officiating.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at OSF St. Francis Medical Center 530 NE Glen Oak Ave., Peoria, 61637.
