Penny Heinz, 51, of Scottsdale, Ariz., formerly of Rushville, died at 3:33 p.m., Monday, June 1, 2009, at the Scottsdale Healthcare Center Osborn Facility in Scottsdale.

Graveside services will be at 12:30 p.m.  Saturday, June 6, 2009, at the Rushville City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until noon Saturday at the Wood Funeral Home.
