Lillian I. Vaughn, 85, of Astoria, formally of Ipava and Lewistown, died at 9:55 a.m. Thursday, July 16, 2009 at Astoria Gardens, Astoria.

Funeral services were held Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Shawgo Memorial Home, Ipava.

Burial was in Ipava Cemetery.
