Christopher Read Kipling

Christopher Read Kipling 50, of Superior, Co., formerly of Macomb, died Monday July 27, 2009 in Colorado.

He was born February 4, 1959 in Macomb to Harrison Read and Lois Maureen Breedlove Kipling.

He is survived by his wife Kathy, his mother L. Maureen Hamilton, five children; Ginny Elizabeth, Margaret Maureen, Nicholas Matthew, Megan Ruth (Cameron ) Miles, William Daniel; two brothers Matt Kipling, Tim (Denise) Kipling; two nephews Ben and Sam Kipling; several nieces, nephews, cousins,  brother and sister-in-laws.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harrison Read Kipling; paternal grandparents, Benjamin Harrison and Margaret Kipling; and maternal grandparents, John and Mary Helen Breedlove.

He graduated from Macomb High School in 1977 and attended Western Illinois University from 1978-1983. He moved to Colorado in 1985.

Mr. Kipling was General Manager of Quicksilver Express in Lakewood, Co. from 1985 to present.

He enjoyed snowboarding, mountain climbing, fly fishing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Cremation rites  has been accorded.

Memorial services will be held in Colorado.
