Samuel Steven Waugh

ABINGDON-Samuel Steven Waugh, infant son of Harry and Angela Stambaugh Waugh, Sr., Abingdon, was stillborn at 5:35 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009, in Galesburg Cottage Hospital.
Surviving are his parents; two brothers, Christopher and Harry, Jr.; a sister, Kaitlyn; his maternal grandparents, Richard and Jeannette Stambaugh, Astoria; his paternal grandparents, George and Teri Waugh, Jr. of rural St. Augustine, and Marjorie and Yogi Martin, Monmouth; and his great-grandpa, George Waugh, Sr., of Abingdon.
He was preceded in death by two infant siblings.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009, in Abingdon Cemetery with the Rev. Jerald Hill officiating.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Hinchliff-Pearson-West Abingdon Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
