Kenneth D. Pearson

Kenneth D. Pearson, 70, of Cobden, formerly of Macomb, died at 12:15 p.m. Monday, Aug. 31, 2009, at Herrin Hospital, Herrin.
He was born May 24, 1939, to Ivan Kenneth Pearson and Jane Elaine Williams. He married Linda Bradley on Feb. 14, 2009, in Cobden. She survives.
He is also survived by three sons, Paul (Deann) Pearson, Macomb, Norman (Tammy) Pearson, Chicago; and two grandchildren, Josh and Jake Pearson.
He farmed with his father and grandfather and also drove trucks and operated heavy equipment with them.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Visitation will be held from 3-4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009, at Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home.
