Billy James Jr., 29 of Leavenworth, Kan, died at 

7 p.m. Sept. 13, 2009 in Leavenworth, Kan.

He was preceded in death by his wife and baby boy.

He is survived by his one sister Tammy Powell of Macomb.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

Funeral services were held Sept. 19, 2009 at the United Methodist Church of Leavenworth, Kan.
