Cora Boydstun

Cora Bell Boydstun, age 90, of Abingdon, Illinois, passed away at 5:15 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, 2000, at her home.

Born Aug. 19, 1909, in East Galesburg to Lawrence D. and Nallie Hall Neargarder, she married Roy B. Boydstun on Feb. 21, 1929. He preceded her in death in 1977.

Two brothers and four sisters preceded her in death.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ernest (Ruth) Jamerson of Abingdon and Betty Boydstun of Galesburg; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, in the Abingdon Cemetery.

Corman Memorial Home, Avon, was in charge of the arrangements.
