Stanley H. Denisar, 89, formerly of rural Galesburg, passed away at 8:40 p.m. Monday, Jan. 10, 2000, at LaMoine Christian Home in Roseville, where he was a resident.
Born April 25, 1910, in Cameron to Charles O. and Mamie Robinson Denisar, he married Bertha Faye Youngquist on March 2, 1934, in Eureka. She survives.
Also surviving are one son, Gene of Bradenton, Florida; one brother Raymond Denisar, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi (formerly of Abingdon); five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Two sisters preceded him in death.
He was a farmer all of his life.
He was a member of First Christian Church in Galesburg.
Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Hinchliff-Pearson-West, Galesburg Chapel with Rev. David Seitz officiating.
Burial was in Silent Home Cemetery in Cameron.
