Alvia E. Heintz
Alvia E. Heintz, 75, of the Aspen Living Center in Colorado Springs, Colo., formerly of Macomb, died Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2000, at 8:45 a.m. at the Aspen Living Center.
She was born June 10, 1924, in Marshfield, Wis., to Sadrach and Elizabeth Larsen Owens. She married Matthew J. Heintz Dec. 28, 1946, in Marshfield. He died May 25, 1991.
She is survived by one sister, Maryluretta Frey of Marshfield; one son, James (Mary) Heintz of Monument, Colo.; one daughter, Pam (Larry) Robinson of Macomb; and one granddaughter, Caitlin Heintz.
She also was preceded in death by her parents.
She lived in Kenosha, Wis., for seven years, then moved to Macomb in 1953, where she lived until moving to Colorado Springs in 1995.
Mrs. Heintz was co-owner of Heintz Mobile Homes and Cardinal Paradise Mobile Home Park and owned A-1 Craft Supplies in Macomb.She attended the Calvary Baptist Church in Macomb.
Services were held Monday, Feb. 28, at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb, with the Rev.
Lon Springer officiating. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to either the Calvary Baptist Church or the Cerebral Palsy Association.
