Wayne H. Bryan
Wayne H. Bryan, 80, of 643 N. Edwards St., Macomb, died Friday, Feb. 25, 2000, at 7:44 p.m. at McDonough District Hospital. He was born May 7, 1919, in Fulton County to Leonard and Mary Hoyle Bryan. He married Leta Robeson Naylor Feb. 7, 1954, in Macomb. She died Dec. 17, 1993. He is survived by four brothers, Gene Bryan of Bushnell and Herschel, Lowell and Royal Bryan, all of Macomb; two sisters, Bessie Harland of Macomb and Lulu Stephens of Abingdon; three sons, William Robinson and Carl Naylor, both of Macomb, and Robert Naylor of Canton; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He also was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and three sisters. Mr. Bryan lived in the Bushnell and Macomb areas most of his life. He worked for Mickleberry Foods in Bushnell for many years and was a machinist at Bower Roller Bearing, retiring in 1982. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Macomb and the Macomb Mens Bowling Association. Services were held Tuesday, Feb. 29, at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb, with his grandson the Rev. Paul Naylor officiating. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Macomb. |
